Two Scoops is a community app for biracial and mixed-race people and families, built by L. Bullard under AuraBull. If something is not working, or you need a hand, this page tells you how to reach us and how to handle the most common things.

We aim to reply within two business days.
On any post or reply, tap the report icon to flag it for review. We aim to look at reports within 24 hours. You can also block a person from a post or reply, which hides their content from you right away.
Open Profile in the app. "Delete my data" clears your posts, replies, likes, journal, Root Card, and photo while keeping your account. "Delete account" removes your account and content for good.
You can delete your account yourself in the app under Profile, and you do not need the app to do it. To request deletion another way, email AuraBull05@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Two Scoops account" from the email address on your account. We will permanently remove your account and the content tied to it. Some records may be kept briefly only where the law requires.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen, or email us and we will help you get back in.
Two Scoops is for people aged 16 and older. Our community rules live inside the app and ask everyone to keep this a kind, honest space.
